2008 Jeep Wrangler Review, Pictures & Video

The Jeep Wrangler has been attracting many customers since it first jumped into the market. Detachable doors are just part of the original aspects of the Wrangler, especially for 2008. Although receiving minor equipment changes this year, this on- and off-roader still grants fun riding.
The Wrangler has three main trim levels: X, Sahara and Rubicon. There are two body styles: the regular two-door and the four-door Unlimited. The Wrangler X is basic with packages that incorporate 16-inch alloy wheels, cruise control, air-conditioning and a compass/temperature display. The Wrangler Sahara includes of Wrangler X’s optional features as well as 17-inch alloy wheels, body-color fenders and a heavy-duty suspension. The Rubicon features special drivetrain upgrades, BF Goodrich off-road tires and an electronically disconnecting stabilizer bar.
Every trim level is powered by a 3.8-liter V6 engine, either by a six-speed manual transmission or an optional four-speed automatic.
Featuring antilock brakes and stability control, the 2008 Jeep Wrangler incorporated Chrysler’s new rollover mitigation technology. Front seat side airbags are optional safety features.
